Felicity Courage has been teaching one-to-one singing lessons for over 15 years. Felicity created Courage Performers performing arts club for children fifteen years ago. She began with one group in Bradford on Avon and now has three groups in Bradford, two in Corsham and one in Bath. Her qualifications including three separate teaching certificates, a Dip ABRSM in Singing Performance, B.A Hons Degree in Performing Arts, Grade 8 Singing, Grade 8 Piano, Grade 8 Clarinet and Grade 5 Music Theory. She is trained in acting, dance and music but singing has always been her specialism. Felicity's performance and teaching experience includes being a singing and drama teacher at Erlestoke Prison, a Performing Arts and Music lecturer at City of Bath College and Chippenham College teaching on the The Music Tech and the Popular Music B-Tec, The Life Skills course and Performing Arts plus one-to-one piano lessons. Felicity taught at Stagecoach Theatre Arts School as their Singing and Drama teacher. She has performed as a solo singer for John Rutter, performed on national touring musical with Partytime Productions and member and composer for all girl trio ‘The Blues Floozies’ and with the chamber choir Noctis and the cover group The Corporations.
Recently she has adapted and directed two Shakespeare plays, turning them into musicals. Both had successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, receiving four star reviews.
